Cancellation Policy
This Discovery Call is a 1:1 strategy session with a senior brand consultant from Ascend Femme Agency. It is designed to give clarity on your brand, identify your business needs, and explore aligned services for growth. By booking this session, you agree to the following: 1. The session fee is $50, due at the time of booking. This amount is non-refundable, but can be credited toward any future service within 30 days. 2. Calls are 30 minutes and held via Zoom. Please arrive on time and prepared. 3. Reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows or late cancellations may forfeit your credit. 4. All forms must be submitted before the call to ensure a productive session. 5. This is a professional consultation. If it’s determined during the call that our agency isn’t a fit for your current stage or goals, your payment still applies for time spent and insights shared. By booking, you confirm that you’ve read and agree to these terms.
